Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Very comfortable bed, spacious room and a nice balcony.

This hotel really is a gem. We arrived to meet Ruby who is the heart and soul of this hotel. She made us feel like we had arrived home, nothing was too much trouble.We were traveling with the kids and so a pool was a must to cool off and we often had it to ourselves. The room was the biggest we have had in Asia. The staff are all so friendly and will go out of their way to ensure you have the best stay in the hotel but also in Hoi An. Ruby gave us great recommendations for where to eat and visit for the best price.This hotel is in a great location just across a bridge out of the hustle and noise but easy to walk or cycle to the main area. The hotel has bikes you can borrow plus there are these little gold cart things which fits the whole family and are a set price.I highly recommend staying here in it’s quietLocation with easy access to all the great things Hoi An has to offer. Thank you for treating us like part of the family! We even had a lost phone disaster and the staff were driving us around to try and locate it and we did!!

I couldn’t fault it

Location, value, clealiness, staff, instruction, bicycle, swimming pool.

Food offered rather limited. Spaghetty and pizza are not recommended.

Quiet. Large rooms and friendly staff

700 m from the old quarters so a lot of grab will not pick you up. You can easily walk it or bike it, but if you spend all day walking around in the heat and want to take a grab back, you might be waiting for a while.

A fantastic hotel. Great breakfast. Beautiful pool. Bikes were provided free of charge and were a great way to explore the area. The staff were wonderful (a huge thanks to Ruby at the front desk who was so kind and helpful).

Very nice hotel, the family rooms were spacious enough for four, helpful staff, completely met our expectations. Recommended.

The staff are amazing, very helpful and super friendly it's on a nice quiet river with a 2 minute walk to town.

Breakfast was quite good although was virtually the same every day. Easy walking distance into old town. Large pool in nice setting, unfortunately the weather was quite cool while we were there so didn't get to take advantage of it. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

The stay was really great. The rooms were big and clean and good breakfast buffet. The staff was incredible and super helpful. We even got an upgrade. We got a lot of recommendations and help that made our stay in Hoi a great. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Staff was great, rooms were spacious. Hotel itself was nicely built, looked fancy. There was a possibility to get things washed for reasonable price. The egg station at breakfast was great.

It was dirty, and not like the dust or anything, but rather curtains had stains, the bed sheets had stains and towels were not the cleanest. Easy things to change in order to make it look clean. Our friends woke up every morning around 6 with rooster, but I guess it depends how slight sleeper you are.

Just over the river in a lovely quiet location.The staff were all very helpful and courteous with nothing too much trouble.The pool was great and a real bonus.A great stay had by all.

Nice hotel. The rooms are large. The breakfast is good. The staff is very pleasant. The pool is clean and nice.

Room very clean and spacious, very big balcony, very big bathroom. The hotel staff were exceptional, extremely helpful, couldn't do enough for you. The pool was large and situated within a well-kept garden area. Good choice of food for breakfast from cereals, eggs, pastries, toast, local dishes and fruit. Bicycles available for use free of charge. The location of the hotel is about a four minute stroll to cross the bridge into the old town. The hotel is also about a 10 minute stroll to Memories Hoi An which is a must see if you are there.

It's not that we didn't like this, we managed, but it's just a suggestion. The rooms could benefit from having more plug sockets by each bedside.

The rooms has a mold smell and when receptionist rubi was informed, she offered a “deep clean” by cleaning crew which solely consisted of wiping down mold from furniture without using any chemicals. Requested slacks from under bed that were emitting mold smell to be cleaned as well however was told “no”. Rubi provided fans and lemon grass to help with smell, but didnt help eradicate smell. We had to go to local winmart and purchase our own cleaning supplies and attempt to clean room ourselves. We informed rubi that smell still remained in room however were told that we “were very clean” and hence why we were sensitive to the mold despite explaining that we had pictures of mold on furniture. We ended up wearing masks in the room during our stay. Recommend keeping balcony door and window open during stay to help with smell.

Very friendly and kind staff, excellent food at breakfast (fresh and vary depending what was available at marked). Nice, big and clean rooms. Pool had sun from 09:30 to 14:30, enough for us.
